Co-operation in the audiovisual industry in Slovakia: Finding balance and sustainability in the film profession
The Association of Slovak Cinematographers (ASK) has set itself the goal of creating a space for open and constructive discussion on key issues and challenges facing the audiovisual industry in Slovakia within the Febiofest Bratislava IFF and the Bratislava Industry Days 2025 platform. We are aware that each of the actors in our industry has specific needs, priorities, and perspectives on individual challenges.
We ask ourselves the question: How to combine the personal life and ambitions of a filmmaker, the financial return on projects, and at the same time maintain a passion for creation?
We believe that we will manage to create an atmosphere where we can listen one another, discuss, and seek solutions that will be beneficial for everyone.
