1960, South America. A lonely, grizzled man who survived the Holocaust is convinced that Adolf Hitler (Udo Kier) has moved in next door. But no one takes him seriously, neither the Israeli embassy nor Mossad. So he takes matters into his own hands and sets out to prove that the German dictator has settled in his remote village.
