Dreaming Dogs is a visually captivating documentary that explores the fragile community between abandoned dogs and people on the fringes of society. A pack of stray dogs and a homeless woman live on the outskirts of Moscow. Directing duo Elsa Kremser and Levin Peter, the creators of the acclaimed documentary Space Dogs (2019), once again offer a unique perspective on the urban wilderness—this time through the eyes of the animals themselves. As the city crumbles, new and unexpected bonds emerge between beings that society has cast aside.
