Vitalij Manskij returns to Ukraine after two years. This time, in his hometown of Lviv, he has made the documentary Time to the Target which follows the everyday lives of Ukrainians in a country torn by war. The film captures a reality in which the constant threat of missile attacks is part of daily life, and the time to impact determines its rhythm.
